3. Health & Safety

Parents or guardians are responsible for informing Train Together of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to participation. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, sports and physical activities involve movement and may carry a risk of minor injuries. Train Together, its coaches, and staff will not be held responsible for injuries resulting from normal participation, except where required by law.

4. Supervision & Conduct

All sessions are supervised by trained and qualified coaches. Children are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants at all times. We reserve the right to remove a child from a session if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Payments & Fees

Program fees must be paid in full according to the selected plan before sessions begin. Fees are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Any discounts, promotions, or special offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Missed sessions due to illness, absence, or personal reasons are generally non-refundable. If Train Together cancels a session, we may offer a rescheduled session or credit at our discretion. Refund policies may vary for special events, camps, or holiday programs.

7. Photography & Media Consent

Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for training, promotional, or marketing purposes. By enrolling your child, you grant Train Together permission to use such media unless you notify us in writing otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property
