The T2 Men’s Wellbeing Hub is a welcoming space for men to connect, reset and focus on their overall wellbeing. Through open conversation, light activities and a relaxed environment, we aim to create a supportive community where men can be themselves without pressure or judgement. Whether you’re looking to talk, listen, or simply take time out, the hub offers a space to step away from daily stresses and build positive habits around mental, physical and social wellbeing. Open to all, our sessions are about showing up, connecting with others and growing together.
At Train Together London, we believe that when women are supported, communities become stronger. The Women’s Wellbeing Hub was created as a gentle, welcoming space where women can pause, breathe and feel less alone in what they are carrying.
Many women in our local community are juggling enormous responsibilities — caring for children or elderly relatives, navigating financial pressures, adjusting to life in a new country, rebuilding after domestic abuse, or simply trying to hold everything together for everyone else. The Women’s Wellbeing Hub exists to offer space for those women.
T2 Kidz Multi-Sport is a fun and engaging programme designed to help children stay active, build confidence and develop key physical skills in a supportive environment. Each session combines an introduction to kickboxing with a variety of general ball sports, giving children the opportunity to try new activities, improve coordination and learn the value of teamwork. With a focus on enjoyment, inclusion and personal development, the programme is open to all abilities and encourages every child to take part, grow in confidence and have fun through movement.
